RETURNS on CLEARANCE & END OF SEASON SALES > ALL SALES FINAL, NO RETURNS
We ship within 3-4 days from our store in Winter Haven, Florida. If we are unable to ship within that time frame, we will send you a note to let you know. Packages are typically shipped via USPS.
Shipping for returns are at the customers expense and any associated fees will not be refunded. We do not refund shipping fees paid at the time of order.
Prefer to pick up in-store?
We have that option as well! Your purchase will be waiting behind the counter in Winter Haven for you. You do need to have a Florida address in order for this option to appear on the checkout. We ask that you pick up within 48 hours of purchase unless other arrangements have been made.
We do not allow cancellations of online orders or pre-orders.
Receipt or Gift Receipt required. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unused item in new condition with tags for store credit or exchange for another item. Returns are allowed up to 30 days, except seasonal or holiday purchases which must be returned within 2 weeks of purchase.
All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Items that appear worn, or that have stains, smell of cigarette smoke, deodorant, dog hair or any other odors, etc. will NOT be accepted. If you are trying on bras and breastfeeding, please use a nursing pad. Any soiled garments are not eligible for returns. All returns at the discretion of Bellies-2-Babies, and can be denied. Returns are at the customers expense and any associated fees will not be refunded. We do not refund shipping fees paid at the time of order.
RETURN PROCESS FOR ONLINE ORDERS
To return an item, please email customer service at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). State which item(s) you would like to exchange the return for. If you prefer a gift card to use at a later date, let us know that as well.
After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, and mail your return to the following address:

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and any original shipping fees incurred will not be refunded. If packages that are being returned to us get lost in transit or damaged, then a refund will NOT be issued. We strongly encourage you to get insurance for your returns and have tracking info as a safety precaution.
RETURNS FOR ONLINE ORDERS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return and exchange. Please allow at least 7-10 days from the receipt of your item to process. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items with a broken seal
- Opened baby carriers
- Teethers, Pacifiers, Amber Jewelry
- Opened silicone items (for example Haakaa manual pumps, pacifiers, teethers)
- Final Clearance Sale Items (items found in the sale section are considered final sale)

Clearance items & holiday sales are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. These include all items in the Clearance section on our website or when special discount codes are applied for end of season.
GIFT CARDS: Gift cards can be purchased online or in-store. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned.
