RETURNS on CLEARANCE: ALL SALES FINAL

Shipping

We ship within 3-4 days from our store in Winter Haven, Florida. If we are unable to ship within that time frame, we will send you a note to let you know. Packages are typically shipped via USPS. 

We offer free shipping for orders of $150 or more and under 4#.  Over 4# free shipping begins with a $200 purchase or more. 

Shipping for returns are at the customers expense and any associated fees will not be refunded. We do not refund shipping fees paid at the time of order. 

Prefer to pick up in-store?

We have that option as well! Your purchase will be waiting behind the counter in Winter Haven for you. You do need to have a Florida address in order for this option to appear on the checkout. We ask that you pick up within 48 hours of purchase unless other arrangements have been made.

Fit Guarantee

We know shopping for clothing isn't easy so that's why we offer the fit guarantee. We welcome you to return any item that you don't love or doesn't fit correctly. Please keep all tags on until you are 100% sure it's love and you are going to keep it. We know it's hard to get out with little ones so we allow 45 days for returns on non-seasonal items. Seasonal items must be returned within 30 days. See below for more details. 

CANCELLATIONS

We do not allow cancellations of orders or pre-orders.  

RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a full refund of the purchase price and sales tax. The refund will be issued to the original form of payment, or you can choose store credit or an exchange. All returns must be postmarked within forty-five (45) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Items that appear worn, or that have stains, smell of cigarette smoke, deodorant, dog hair or any other odors, etc will NOT be accepted. If you are trying on bras and breastfeeding, please use a nursing pad. Any soiled garments are not eligible for returns. All returns at the discretion of Bellies-2-Babies, and can be denied. Returns are at the customers expense and any associated fees will not be refunded. We do not refund shipping fees paid at the time of order. 

Exception: Items purchased on our gift registry service.  We will allow 60 days past the estimated due date for customers who have a gift registry with us. All other requirements for returns apply.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, and mail your return to the following address:

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and any original shipping fees incurred will not be refunded. If packages that are being returned to us get lost in transit or damaged, then a refund will NOT be issued. We strongly encourage you to get insurance for your returns and have tracking info as a safety precaution. 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 7-10 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. 

EXCEPTIONS    

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Food
  • Tea  
  • Items with a broken seal
  • Opened baby carriers
  • Teethers, Pacifiers, Amber Jewelry
  • Opened silicone items (for example Haakaa manual pumps)
  • Final Clearance Sale Items (items found in the sale section are considered final sale)

Clearance items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. These include all items in the Clearance section on our website.
