Basic Training Childbirth Class

Basic Training Birth Class  $125

Baby will be arriving before you know it! Perhaps you are feeling a little clueless as to what to expect? That's completely normal and this class can really help!  This course is designed for the extra busy couple and is only available in-person. Basic Training gives an overview regarding basic nutrition and exercise to stay healthy and low-risk; what to expect during labor, epidurals, and cesarean section; some general info on coping techniques and comfort measures; and writing a birth plan. This course is offered in 2 parts (class 1 & class 2).  It is held one night a week for 2 consecutive weeks from 5:30 - 9 pm. (see schedule below)

​Color guidebook included. BONUS: Class participants will receive $10 in store credit to our Baby Boutique for attending this class (1 per couple)!

CLASS LOCATION: Class will be limited to 3 couples per session and will be held at the Bellies-2-Babies Baby Boutique. 254 W. Central Ave. Winter Haven. 

Class Fees are non-refundable. Please be sure to select in-store shipping on the final checkout page so you will not be charged a shipping fee and Register before checkout instead of checking out as guest so you will be able to include your full contact info at the checkout process.  Phone #, email etc. is necessary in case we have an emergency and need to contact you to cancel class.
